Is Zefram just an email tool?

Not at all. Zefram manages your entire sales process. It can also create call tasks and write a summary for you before every contact: what the company does, why it makes sense to talk to them, and what points you should bring up. Before a meeting, you can check the company’s financial data, recent events, and related companies — so you never go into a meeting blind. With the scheduling tool, prospects can find a suitable time directly from your calendar. Your CRM updates automatically. And this is just the beginning. Zefram is a sales assistant whose sole goal is to save your time and make your life easier at every turn.

What kind of results can I expect?

Consistency and continuous sales activity – whether your own calendar is full or not. You’ll save time by not having to search for companies and decision-makers, research backgrounds, write messages, and handle follow-ups. And when you do have time to make calls, you’ll have a ready-made list of high-quality candidates who are no longer "cold." Meetings? Can I get a list of decision-makers and their contact info?

How do I start using the Agent?

After that, we schedule a 60-minute workshop to dive deep into your business, define Zefram’s desired workflow, and verify that integrations are working. Then, *we* build your first ready-to-use automation including content, so you get the full power of Zefram right from the beginning. You start with a working system, not a to-do list. The Agent onboarding fee is €600.

How does this differ from MailChimp or marketing automation?

Email marketing (e.g., MailChimp) or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) almost always require a pre-collected email list and produce generic messages for large masses. Zefram doesn’t require a ready-made list; instead, like a human assistant, it searches for suitable target companies using data, finds the right decision-makers, builds individual arguments based on things like financial data, business nature, or recent events, and contacts them. In short, it does the things for you that you would do yourself if you had all the time in the world.

What about GDPR?

Zefram operates fully in compliance with data protection regulations. Contact details and data points are gathered from open and public business registers and internet sources. The processing of personal data concerns business decision-makers (role in public life), for whom the use of information in a professional capacity is permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that the communication sent through Zefram complies with international anti-spam and privacy laws.

Aren’t AI-written messages generic and soul-less?

Often, yes – and for a very understandable reason: language models are built to repeat things they’ve seen millions of times. The result is mediocrity and something that doesn’t sound like you. That’s exactly why the most significant role of AI in Zefram isn’t churning out messages, but performing high-quality background research and making decisions. Zefram uses AI to identify the right target company and decision-maker, analyze data, and summarize information. When we have a precise, data-driven reason to contact a company, the message itself is anything but soulless fluff.

Isn’t cold email already a thing of the past?

Mass emailing is. Zefram doesn’t send thousands of generic messages; it contacts a handful of carefully selected companies daily with the exact right argument. You appear as a human, not as noise. The difference between a good and a bad outreach isn’t the channel, but whether you actually have something relevant to say.

Isn’t this just spam?

True sales AI hates spam. Spam is based on generic mass mailings where success is measured by volume alone. Zefram’s logic is the exact opposite: it reduces the number of contacts but increases their precision. Quality always beats quantity.

What are the technical requirements?

A browser and an email account. Zefram is browser-based — no installations required. Connect your Gmail (Google Workspace) or Outlook (Microsoft 365), and you’re technically ready. This may require administrator approval depending on your IT system settings. Other email services (such as IMAP/SMTP boxes provided by web hosts) are not supported.

Does this integrate with CRM systems?

Yes. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce are supported natively. Companies, contacts, and tasks sync automatically. You can also import existing CRM companies into Zefram to use them for exclusions, for example.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time – even on the last day of your billing period. We won’t send a new invoice, and the subscription will end at the conclusion of the current period.
